I have been training with Luis for over 7 years and he has become my trusted advisor on all matters related to diet and fitness. I have seen firsthand my biggest personal transformation under his direction.
From age 28-31 I lost 120lbs and have kept it off for the last 4 years and taken my health to the next level. At the age of 18 I suffered a back injury after my small sedan was hit by a semi tractor trailer on a major interstate and thrown across 4 lanes.
Through the knowledge I have gained working with Luis, I have learned techniques that have alleviated most, if not all of my back pain.
Luis has a dedication to his clients unlike any other trainer I have worked with (which was thousands of dollars spent over the course of many years) because of his commitment to uncovering truthful/useful information that he translates in a way his clients can easily digest.
This allows clients to better understand how the human body operates most efficiently in order to prevent injuries and increase performance and results.
I have never met another trainer who empowers their clients more through education. I have learned about how our tissues and muscles connect in ways I previously never understood and I have learned about corrective exercises and things I can do at home to prevent injuries.
Today at 35 years young I am more flexible, lean, strong and fit than I have ever been all thanks to this man I call my friend, brother and trainer.

I began to work out with Luis about 8 years ago, he is exactly the trainer I needed and wanted, as I didn’t get into training to “look good”, but for health reasons. In addition, I had never worked out before and I wanted someone who would make sure my form was right, as I didn’t want to hurt myself.
That is the how and the why, but what has he done for me?
I have a heart condition and before I started to work out with Luis on a fairly regular basis my heart would easily get to 210 beats per minute.
That no longer happens, because Luis is the type of trainer that is continuously learning, and during his schooling he learned about various heart conditions. He used that knowledge and worked with me to safely strengthen my heart. He knew when to push me and when to let me rest.
I have also worked with Luis to improve my posture, my running style and my hyper extended knee. I am no spring chicken so it is important to me to make sure I stand straight and have healthy muscles and joints for as long as I can.
He ensures I maintain what I learned at each group training session, as he doesn’t just sit back and say encouraging things, he walks around and works with each person making sure they are extending their spine, standing correctly, pulling in the lower abdomen, etc ...
I am grateful to Luis for being a trainer who cares, who works hard himself to the be the best trainer he can be and for helping me maintain my health. Looking good and being able to call him a friend are just added benefits!
