Movement With Purpose operates out of a private boutique gym offering two small group classes and a distinctive personal training style. These training methods are designed to complement each other, enhance athletic function, and most importantly, improve lifestyle.
X-Circuit: an invigorating full body workout that provides everything you need in 50 minutes! This class aims to improve your cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) by applying interval training on the treadmill and resistance training on the floor. We incorporate a variety of exercises and equipment to hit every single muscle in a circuit style fashion.
Hybrid Strength (HSTR): 50-minutes of integrative body work focused on building strength and endurance, while reinforcing muscular balance.
Personal Training: extremely unique one-on-one sessions dedicated to the essential foundation of human biomechanics to improve posture, mobility, and gait (walking/running). If you are someone who has suffered from joint or muscular pain or an active individual attempting to fix and better your performance, these types of sessions are for you.
