Movement With Purpose operates out of a private boutique gym offering small group classes and an extremely unique personal training style. These training methods are designed to improve functionality (daily tasks such as walking, running, etc), and overall lifestyle.
MWP Full Body: An invigorating full-body workout that provides everything you need within an hour! This class aims to improve the building blocks to a fitter YOU through interval training on the treadmill and resistance training on the floor.
Personal Training: extremely unique one-on-one sessions dedicated to the essential foundation of human biomechanics to improve posture, mobility, and gait (walking/running). If you are someone who has suffered from joint or muscular pain or an active individual attempting to fix and better your performance, these types of sessions are for you.
